IMPORTANT: To ensure quality, your refund will be issued to your original payment method 5 business days AFTER the item arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection. We check for signs of wear, damage, or missing tags.

Our Policies

Return & Refund Instructions

  • Initiate within 30 days of delivery via our portal.
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed with all tags attached — trying it on indoors is totally fine.
  • US returns are completely free. Every US order includes a prepaid return label, and you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method with no return or label fees.
  • International returns (outside the US) are arranged by the customer at their own cost. Prefer not to pay return shipping? Choose a full refund in store credit at no cost.
  • Damaged or incorrect items are always fully refunded, shipping included — no return fees, in any country.

Exchange Instructions

  • Select your new size directly in the portal for the fastest replacement.
  • Exchanges are free — once your return passes inspection, your new size ships immediately.
