Return and Exchange
At Decrum, we care about your experience and make every effort to provide you with worry-free shopping experience while making sure that the process remains easy and hassle-free. However, we understand that certain circumstances may require returns or exchanges. If you need to return or exchange an item based on the guidelines below, we will gladly make it happen.
Merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 30 days; alternatively, you can also return items for exchange of in-store credit; bearing in mind the products are in an unworn, unwashed, and undamaged (unless the item was damaged upon receipt)
We will notify you once the product has been received and inspected.
- Email us at email@example.com (within 48 hours) to initiate the process, stating whether you are looking for a refund or an exchange. If it is for an exchange, we must verify that the desired size is available.
- All returns must be made within 30 days after receiving the product. In order to process your return/exchange, we will need your order number; description (including photos if available) and any other information that may help us understand the potential defect.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. Please confirm that we have the item you are looking for. If we don’t have it, a refund will be issued.
- If we receive an item and find that it has violated our guidelines, your request will not be processed.
If you believe you have a defective item or it’s different from the one you’ve ordered, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that damages should be reported within 48 hours of receiving and the product must be returned to us in its original packaging and unused condition along with the documents and tags included in the original product.
In the event that a product is determined to be defective due to a manufacturer error or defective materials, we will exchange the product as needed.
It is recommended check your sizing before ordering any product from our website. In case the size is not accurate (runs small or big) kindly, send us an email at email@example.com (within 48 hours).
Shipping charges are non-refundable and the relative shipment cost of return must be borne by the customer.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and provide us with the tracking details so that we can trace the shipment to proceed further.
